I work as a freelance creative coach, facilitator and author.<\/span><\/p>\n

My ultimate source of inspiration in everything I do: Human encounters. Stories of life. At home and throughout the world. I love to discover and share them \u2013 and I love to blur boundaries, build bridges and connect different ideas, perspectives and minds across places, cultures and realities.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I\u2019ve dedicated my website to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s what inspires my podcast F\u00dcR iDA<\/span><\/a>, my first book\u00a0they\u00a0would rock – 59 days in Iran<\/span><\/a>, and my \u201calter ego\u201d-character helidapsi<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s what drives me to venture off again and again on journeys of inner and outer exploration \u2013 and probably also made me leave my settled life in Germany for good in 2016.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s what has given me the opportunity to deeply explore the creative power of human encounters \u2013 with oneself and \u201cthe other\u201d \u2013 as well as individual and collective transition processes.<\/p>\n

And: that\u2019s what drives my work across projects, areas, topics and regions.<\/p>\n

As an author, I create communication ideas, concepts and formats: inspirational talks, keynotes, audios, texts, visuals, stories, platforms, spaces\u2026 and sometimes: I also lend my voice.<\/p>\n

As a creative coach and facilitator, I enable individuals, teams and organizations in transition and (social) innovation processes to actualize potential and embrace change: to co-discover, co-create and co-realize ideas and innovations for themselves, people, society and business, e.g. through coachings, creative workshops, activating experiences, team development, learning journeys and experiments, social art forms and awareness practices.<\/p>\n

Sie motivieren mich, immer wieder aufzubrechen, auf \u00e4u\u00dfere und innere Reisen zu gehen \u2013 und sind wohl auch der Grund, warum ich mein Leben in Deutschland 2016 endg\u00fcltig eingepackt habe und losgezogen bin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sie erm\u00f6glichen mir immer wieder, das kreative Potenzial von Begegnungen \u2013 mit sich selbst und \u201edem Anderen\u201c \u2013 sowie von individuellen und kollektiven Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen in diversen Kontexten zu ergr\u00fcnden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Und: treiben meine projekt-, themen- und regions\u00fcbergreifende Arbeit an.<\/span><\/p>\n

Als Autorin entwickle ich Kommunikationsideen, -konzepte und -formate: inspirierende Vortr\u00e4ge, Impulse, Audios, Texte, Visuals, Geschichten, Plattformen, R\u00e4ume\u2026 und manchmal: verleihe ich auch meine Stimme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Als Creative Coach und Facilitator unterst\u00fctze ich Einzelpersonen, Teams und Organisationen in Ver\u00e4nderungs- und (sozialen) Innovationsprozessen darin, den Wandel und das Neue, die Potenziale und Chancen darin zu erkennen und zu verwirklichen: gemeinsam Ideen und Innovationen f\u00fcr sich selbst, f\u00fcr andere, f\u00fcr Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. U.a. durch Coachings, kreative Workshops, Erlebnisse, Team-Entwicklung, \u201eLearning Journeys\u201c und Experimente,\u00a0\u201eSocial Art Forms\u201c und Achtsamkeitspraktiken.<\/span><\/p>\n
